Come experience The Red Thread Women's Embodiment Circle: an in-person gathering designed to support nervous system regulation, self-discovery and authentic self-expression through embodied explorations, reflection, and honest conversation.

No experience needed—just a willingness to be part of something meaningful.

Held Wednesday evenings at the newly opened Yoni Mudra Art Gallery in Downtown Kitchener, this circle is open to all those with lived experience as a woman, including non-binary folks who feel comfortable in a woman-centred space.

This FREE intro evening offers a chance to feel what it’s like to be in a women’s circle. It's no pressure, no performance... just space to be. Come as you are.
