This event is planned on a cost-recovery basis - any additional funds raised will be used to help the Rainbow Coalition of Waterloo Region (a not-for-profit corporation) continue to offer social events as part of their Queer Night Out community initiative.

Financial and Physical Accessibility Notice:

We regret that this year's venue is not fully physically accessible. Despite our efforts, we were unable to secure a space without stairs, and we sincerely acknowledge the impact this has on members of our community.

If the ticket cost is a barrier for you, reach out to us at queernightout@rcwr.ca to explore options to pay-what-you can (limited number available).

We remain committed to fostering inclusive events and will continue working to improve accessibility in the future.

Donations Welcome!

If you wish to make a donation to support future events, feel free to select the Donation option in Eventbrite. Note that we are not a registered charity and cannot provide a tax receipt for donations. If you would like a tax receipt, feel free to make a donation to the RCWR Amethyst Community Fund (offered through the Waterloo Region Community Foundation) to support collaborative research and projects to support our community.
