About the Program

Turn up the heat in this hands-on workshop led by award-winning local hot sauce maker Jeff Davis from Island Son Canada. Learn the science of making hot sauce—from flavor balance to fermentation safety. At the end of the session, you’ll get to choose your own chili peppers and take home a custom blend to turn into your very own sauce. Perfect for spice lovers and curious cooks alike!
