Deepen your connection to nature by exploring your relationship with trees. In this workshop, you will be guided through practices that cultivate a felt sense of connection and reciprocity with trees as well as support your own nature connection instincts. Time will be spent walking among the trees, sitting with them, connecting through the senses, as well as some time for personal reflection.

This program runs rain or shine but will be cancelled or re-scheduled if severe weather is expected. Please dress for the weather and trail conditions. Be prepared for biting bugs. No pets please.

This is a free drop-in program and registration is not required. This program is for participants aged 18 years and older.

Meet by the picnic shelter located by the park main entrance. The instructor will provide participants with a sign-in sheet and waiver form to complete at the start of the program.
